Our prepress team reviews every artwork file and prepares a virtual or digital mockup so you can see placement, sizing, and color before any ink hits fabric. You approve the proof and we’re ready to schedule production.
Everything happens in-house at our Chatsworth shop: screen burn, print, embroidery, laser engraving, or UV print. Every order goes through a quality check before it leaves the floor. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, rush is 3–5, and hot rush is 1–2 for select orders.

Standard turnaround on the $499 deal is 7–10 business days end-to-end. The flow is roughly 1 business day for the quote, 1–2 business days for proof and approval, then 5–7 business days in production. A 3–5 business-day rush upgrade is available for an additional fee — just mention it when you start your quote.
Vector files are preferred for the cleanest screen print: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF, and SVG. High-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher also works, especially for full-color designs. If you only have a raster file, our prepress team will redraw it for free before we go to production.
Yes. Pick any size mix across XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL at no extra charge. Youth and adult sizes can be combined in the same run. Send your exact size break on the quote form and we will confirm inventory before production.
