When you request a quote through our website, we collect the following personal information:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Service type, product details, and order specifications
  • Artwork files you upload with your quote request

We collect only what is necessary to prepare and respond to your quote.

How We Use It

We use the information you provide to:

  • Prepare and deliver an accurate quote for your order
  • Communicate with you about your quote or active order
  • Send order status updates and production milestones

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Abandoned Quote Recovery

If you begin filling out our quote form and save a draft, we may use your email address to follow up on your unfinished request. This follow-up is a single courtesy message. You can opt out at any time by replying to that email and we will remove you from any further outreach.

Data Retention

Quote submissions and associated customer records are retained for up to 3 years to support order history, re-orders, and customer service inquiries. Artwork files uploaded with a quote are stored in our secure file storage and subject to the same retention period. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage entries:

  • akd_cookie_consent — records whether you accepted or declined our cookie notice (stored in localStorage)
  • Session data — used to remember deal-banner dismissals during your visit; cleared when you close the browser
  • Polsia analytics pixel — anonymous site traffic analytics provided by our hosting platform; no personally identifiable data is collected

We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics beyond the above.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate this website:

  • Cloudflare R2 — artwork files and portfolio images are stored in Cloudflare's object storage
  • Polsia email proxy (Nodemailer) — transactional emails (quote notifications, order updates) are sent through Polsia's authenticated email infrastructure
  • Neon PostgreSQL — customer and order data is stored in a cloud-hosted PostgreSQL database provided by Neon

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
