Production
Everything happens in-house at our Chatsworth shop: screen burn, print, embroidery, laser engraving, or UV print. Every order goes through a quality check before it leaves the floor. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, rush is 3–5, and hot rush is 1–2 for select orders.

Can our team mix sizes across the 100 shirts?
Yes. Mix adult and youth sizes across the 100 shirts, including XS through 3XL where available. Share the size breakdown in your quote so the team can confirm inventory.
What if our artwork is not quite ready?
AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG vector files are preferred, and a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher can also work. Send what you have and the prepress team will flag any adjustments before production.
How fast can we get launch or event shirts?
Most standard orders take about 7–10 business days end-to-end after the quote and proof process, with 5–7 business days in production. Rush options are available and confirmed around your deadline.
Can we pick up in Chatsworth or get delivery?
Free pickup is available at 21352 Nordhoff St #106, Chatsworth, CA 91311. LA-area delivery is also available for an additional fee when delivery works better for your team.
