Production
Everything happens in-house at our Chatsworth shop: screen burn, print, embroidery, laser engraving, or UV print. Every order goes through a quality check before it leaves the floor. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, rush is 3–5, and hot rush is 1–2 for select orders.

Trade workwear questions
What is included in the $499 workwear offer?
The offer is 100 custom t-shirts with front and back print for one flat $499 price. The existing quote flow confirms artwork, garment details, sizing, availability, and timing before production.
Can I mix sizes for my crew?
Yes. Mix adult and youth sizes across the 100 shirts, including XS through 3XL where available. Include the size breakdown in the quote so the team can confirm inventory before production.
What artwork files should contractors send?
AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG vector files are preferred. A high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher also works well. The prepress team reviews the file and confirms any artwork adjustments before production.
How long does a trade order take, and are rush options available?
Most standard orders take about 7–10 business days end-to-end after the quote and proof process, with 5–7 business days in production. Rush options are available for tighter jobsite or customer deadlines and are confirmed in the quote.
Can I pick up in Chatsworth or get delivery?
Free pickup is available at 21352 Nordhoff St #106, Chatsworth, CA 91311. LA-area delivery is also available for an additional fee when delivery works better for your crew.
Can I reorder the same crew shirts later?
Yes. Keep the approved artwork and order details as your reference, then use the quote flow again for a repeat run so the team can confirm the current garment, sizing, availability, and timing.
